The front desk and other hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. The Courtesy shuttle from the airport, while it took a while to arrive, was convenient. Improvements: the room smelled damp. The sofa bed mattress was thin and spare sheets didn’t fit. Soap dispenser nozzle should curve down to avoid a mess when using.

The transfer from airport was horrible waited 2 hours than bus was full and loaded before pickup area so no room. He returned 30 min later with a bigger bus that had no air very hot! ☹️

Room was clean, check in was easy, great price. Horrible shuttle service. Waited an hour, called several times. Was told driver was on his Way. The hotel is like a 10 minute drive from FLL. Finally gave up. We were waiting with 6 others we didn’t know. A driver came by from another place and took us for $50. No apologies from the staff.

Parking need to be free not additional. The hotel is already been occupied and paid for a substantial amount money with no continental breakfast. Location is very good in regards to it close proximity to eateries and dollar tree and others.
