Check-in was quick. But there was only one lift working to the room floor so there was a wait. Initially the room seemed fine. But taking a shower in the evening, the drainage was blocked and the bathroom flooded. A report to reception was met with inaction and indifference. Apprently there was no maintence available until the following morning and then only after the room was vacated. Not a satisfactory outcome . Very poor guest service and in consequence we will not be staying here again.
