Room was clean and just about functional. Only one side access to the bed, so had to climb over and wake partner for the loo. Highly convenient for early flight as hotel is next to Departures area. Would stay again for early morning flight only.

In the lift on the way to the lobby to check out, three of us, total strangers to each other, kept raving to each other about how perfect this was as a stay, due to ridiculous convenience. And I think that’s the gist for a place like this - rides the line nicely between a luxury airport hotel and one of those little capsule nap pods for travellers desperate to get a few winks between flight. I’d stay again for sure

Perfect for a stopover. So convenient to get up in morning at be in departures. Took the train down town. Very user friendly. Then went back to the hotel. Not a single issue. Would highly recommend for a day in London.

Very convenient location for early flight from Gatwick. It’s right in the terminal. Family room with comfortable beds. However, room was a lot smaller than I was expecting, quite tight for 4 people and their luggage. It was only for one night though.
