Convenient for North and South terminals. Food outlets nearby offering deals. WiFi was non-existent, queried but only answer was “we provide free fast WiFi, just long in”. Confusing info from what was emailed to me and reality at check in.

Ok but not something I think I would repeat

I had a room with a window, but to be honest you didn't really see much of the planes, from my room anyway, a brief glimpse between and over buildings. The end of the corridor view was better. Maybe I was expecting too much. It is trying to be technologically advanced but I think you miss some of this if you book via a 3rd party and you definitely don't get the priority security. And also my room had no USB ports. Apparently some rooms do, some rooms don't. I had to go to reception and pay a deposit to get an adaptor (I had one, but for the county I was going to, not a UK one). The one thing you do have to be sure about at an airport is waking up on time but there were no phones in the rooms so you couldn't get a wake up call, and no way to set an alarm on the TV so having a mobile and keeping it charged is imperative - but no USB ports in the rooms as standard? Why? I was on my own and had pre-checked my larger case, so the room size was ok. But with two of you you would be do-si-do'ing around each other, especially with cases. So it was OK but I think a hotel with a short shuttle transfer are a better value option.

It is situated inside the South Terminal right by the entrance to Security. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The rooms are pristine and very quiet. The perfect place to stay just before or just after a flight.

Perfect for overnight stays before flying away on holiday or home, my only complaint would be the room amenities. I like my coffee in the morning but there is only two bottles of water provided, nothing to make any hot drinks, you have to go down to the airport for your caffeine fix.

Perfect location for traveling at Gatwick located just outside of security in the south terminal. Very clean and convenient for early morning flights. The rooms are very quiet and allow for rest when traveling.
