We stayed at gatwick south. Bedroom was clean and great size. Seperarw bath and shower. My husband noticed 2 dark pubes on the soare toilet roll on the lower holder. He couldn't believe it. He called out to me to confirm. He took a photo, by then one blew away after i picked it up. We rang reception and asked for spare towels to be brought up, to place on the bathroom floor. The towels never came.

Bath plug didn’t work and shower didn’t drain properly. It is a lot of money to stay there and there wasn’t even any little freebies like most hotels give. Wasn’t even a pad and paper! Beds were comfy and the room itself was big, but I think I would’ve got more “luxury” from the travel lodge.

The food in the main restaurant was truly not great (the lamb chop was one small oiece and dry, the white rice very dry and salmon tasteless) The rooms are far from sound proof The room itself was comfortable and the bedding and mattress were comfortable

Nice and convenient for flights. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Good meal in the main central restaurant, didnt have the breakfast so cant comment. Easy checkout, which is what you need when catching an early flight.
