Convenient for a short stay near the airport however our bed was not great. You could feel the springs and any movement created loud snapping sounds. The staff were a positive and very accommodating during checkin.

In the end our stay was OK. We waited a long time to check in and when we got to our room the Wi-Fi didn't work. Spoke to the concierge and some one was going to come up and check it out. No one turned up and in the end it took me three requests and over an hour to get it sorted. In the end we were moved to a newer room with working Wi-Fi. Clearly not enough staff on to cater to the amount of people staying. The initial approach to the Wi-Fi problem was to act as if we were stupid and didn't know to put the password in and then hoping we would just put up with it. New room was nice but a drink or dinner voucher for the inconveince would be a nice touch. Not sure if I'd stay again. The buffet dinner was great though.

Convenient for airport services and flights. Hotel becoming rather "tired" but clean and comfortable. Restaurant offered good food at reasonable prices.
