A must stay!

The Carnoustie Hotel in Grand! It faces the course and one can sit and watch golf at an “Open” venue! Breakfast is excellent as was the staff. If you are ever visiting Saint Andrews, Carnoustie is only hour away! It’s a must see or better yet play the course or enjoy the spa!

Excellent staff,lovely room overlooking the first tee, slight toilet problem but quickly temporarily fixed, first day breakfast was cold but the second day was hit and perfectly cooked to my liking, would definitely return.

I had specifically ordered something special for my partners anniversary, it was confirmed by email that they would provide some chocolates. There was nothing prepared for her. Overall it was an excellent stay but this was a bit disappointing.

Super mini break.

Great 2 night stay, bedroom very clean, functional and with all included as expected, food was excellent, bar and restaurant staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. Bar and restaurant were very clean, well maintained and with a nice decor; super outside terrace looking out onto the golf course; swimming pool and Spa area is great and so are the staff; in all we will definitely return for another stay.

On check in I would say that dale has zero customer service and don’t think he should be working in a front facing position Was told nothing on check in just gave a key and told room number
