Accommodation was brand new or newly refurbished. Room was a good size. Very clean. Breakfast was excellent and very reasonably priced. Lots of eateries and entertainment at the location. Would definitely go back.

Clean, comfortable and did the job for £50 per night. Only slight negatives…there was only one set of towels for a twin room (fatherland teenage son booked), kitchen had limited food options due to kitchen issues (thankfully plenty of places to eat in the immediate vicinity. Just one more little point…at check out, was not asked if everything was ok.

The room was reasonably clean. It obviously hadn’t been used/cleaned recently as there was a light layer of dust over the kettle & hairdryer. I like that they offer a difffuser with the hairdryer. It was an okay location and clean & tidy enough that I would stay again. It was a little tired. But nothing problematic

The staff always sit people in the scruffy area, it needs a major upgrade with a capital M!!!! Ripped seats sticky tables and lord knows how long that carvery sits out. Rooms are good.

Very comfortable beds and pillows.

We booked in for 1 night as we were vositing the area for leisure The room was clean. Beds very comforyable so jad a good nights sleep. Would definitely stay again.

Really the hotel is very clean and neat and the room is spacious with clean bathroom , I would like to suggest adding flexible bidet sprayer to the bathtub. Also the price is very good comparing with hotel level . Thanks Sweet Chestnut.

No breakfast available for xmas morning and pub shut at 8. no chair in room no net curtains looked straight out onto car park. Shower was appalling . Very disappointed no one to tell as reception was in pub and pub was shut.
