I paid a premium to stay near the airport, and that is the only benefit. Although it was a decent walk to the airport, and they dont provide a shuttle or anything. Other issues, no microwave anywhere. We asked the front desk and they have one, but won't let guests use it. Instead they are happy to let you throw away your food and buy an overpriced low quality meal from their restaurant. They don't have a luggage scale for use. This is an airport hotel, you'd think that would be a given. Lastly breakfast starts at 5am, but isn't fully served until 6am. I was there at 530am along with 2 dozen other people and we had to eat toast and deli meat. Overall experience was very disappointing, I will not be staying at this hotel going forward. There are 2 other airport hotels that would be a better choice.

When I booked this stay it was listed as having an airport shuttle but was told when I checked about that they did not and was told they could call me a cab. I refused the cab. It was close enough to the terminal to walk. That was okay because it wasn’t raining. I was very disappointed that the listing was incorrect.
