Was disappointed after arriving after 9pm ordering food and drinks to be told after order was taken no food was available it was all done . Despite advertising 24 hour food avaliable. Would not have paid for drinks had we know food was not available.

To start with, Hampton is not Avery good chain hotel. No good service, not customer oriented, not very clean, and old hotels. I booked a night for a short stop at Edinburgh. Unfortunately, for personal emergency o had to cancel. I asked for a refund and the hotel rejected it. Very disappointed after being a Hilton frequent customer. You get to know the true colors of companies when you need them the most. And thy failed me. Moving 100% to Marriott now.
