The Palazzo Graziani was a beautiful respite in a busy city. Behind the giant, ancient wooden doors was a welcoming, clean bed and breakfast. The breakfast had a variety of meat, cheese, breads, cakes, coffee, tea and juices. The room had comfortable beds. Location was convenient to many good restaurants. If you do the pasta cooking experience with Cooking with Elvis, it is a 5 minute walk from this inn.

My daughter needed a place to stay for an evening. I was able to book this great place from the United States, on line. She said that the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and quaint, plus she was fortunate enough to be able to check in early (normally I don’t think so, but I’m not sure). She said that she would stay there again.

Large room. Very quiet. Comfy bed. Clean. Few minutes walk to Duomo and restaurents, museums and art galleries. Pleasent staff. Nice selection for breakfast. Fantatic view of florence from terrace in breakfast room. Only criticism was the fridge wasnt wirking. Staff tried to adjust the temerature, but was broken. Informed staff again. Fridge was not replaced, I was there for 5 days

Their rooftop deck is stunning with an unobstructed 360 view of Florence. The room was perfect, very clean, and peaceful. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was a nice treat. Great location as well.

The hotel was excellent. I did have one concern with the single room and the size of the bed. The room could have easily accommodated a full or even a double but instead there was a single twin bed. That seems like a waste of space for the size of the room. Outside of that the place was excellent.

Fabulous location and building, excellent single room for a week long stay. Staff were great, always pleasant and helpful, and being able to eat breakfast on the rooftop terrace was wonderful. Would definitely stay here again.

The shower drain was blocked. Since we self checked in late, we had to shower in ankle high water. They tried to fix it a couple of times during our stay. Better but not fully fixed. Breakfast starts at 8am. This information is not listed on Expedia. All our tours were early to avoid crowds, so we are missing breakfast we paid for on most days. The safe in our room is old and not working during our 4 day stay. The common area has no AC, hot with mosquitoes. No front desk from 8pm to 9am, so you are on your own during this time. The staff forgot to leave towels for us one day, so we had to air dry after showers…

The property was beautifully updated, without losing any of the antique charm. Our host was awesome! He was there for our breakfasts and was fun and personable. Hotel location was perfect. Room was nice and breakfast was ok. Our biggest issue was the air conditioning. We stayed 3 nights, the first 2 it worked it the last night it stopped working. Unfree had to check out early in the morning so couldn’t let them know. Breakfast only starts at 8:00, so if you have an early tour like we did you’re out of luck.

The property is very beautiful, rooms are super clean and easy to walk around. The 3 stars rating is because the customer service is kind of rude. Place is closed 12:00pm-3:00pm so you won’t be able to check in if they are close. They have weird rules, like don’t eat anything but water in the room.
