This was our second stay and it was great. The room was spacious and had an amazing bathroom and shower. The location is perfect and walkable to everything in Florence. Having two options for food and drinks on site is very convenient and the staff as both were great. Overall a perfect spot in Florence and we will be back next time we are in town.

I had overall an excellent stay at the Hotel Calimala Florence. The staff were very friendly and eager to help. It was excellently located. I thought the bathroom a bit cramped, but I had a small room anyway. The breakfast buffet was fine, just not at the price they had it. I did enjoy dinner there, though. Overall it worked out very very well. For other travelers, I will point out that there are two buildings very close together; the one with the rooftop restaurant is "Angel Roofbar & Dining" on Google maps, which was confusing at first.

Clean room and wonderful mix of modern and old styles. Incredible location right in the middle of it all where you can hear the lovely din and yet you can have quiet with the windows closed. Extremely helpful staff who were really wonderful.
