The room was nice and the location is excellent. However, two things really ruined our stay. There was ongoing construction next door and having a jackhammer going at 9am is not pleasant to say the least. I understand that the hotel cannot control this, but it would have been nice to have been made aware so we could have decided for ourselves. The biggest problem was that the AC barely worked. We told the front desk and they said they would have it checked. Nothing was changed or fixed. When we asked again about it we told that “we checked it and it works fine”. It was so warm in the room that we were sweating at night and it was difficult to sleep.

Me and my two daughters absolutely loved everything about our stay. The staff is warm and helpful and nice. The building is amazing. It is several hundreds year old and gorgeous. The air conditioning worked very well which is important in Italy! The neighborhood is close to many restaurants and pure instagram moments!

This property had a 4-star rating, which had a big factor in choosing them. The rooms weren’t offered a cleaning during our stay. We stayed 3 nights. The WiFi was the worst part. It was the lowest speed, bare minimum requirement for wifi. I couldn’t load simple webpages. I had to keep topping off my eSIM since I could not use their wifi. I wasted a lot of money due to their wifi being so inadequate. The front desk women was kind. But had no resolution when approached with the wifi issue: even their main lobby had poor signal. I wouldn’t stay here again.
