The hotel and room were beautiful, the staff was excellent. They recommended several great restaurants in the area and Santa Maria Cathedral was a short walk from the hotel. The roof top bar was one of the best I have been to with a magnificent view of the cathedral. Would stay here again when visiting Florence.

There is nothing bad to say about this hotel! Our room was spacious and comfortable for our 4 night stay. The rooftop bar was an amazing highlight! Amazing views! The hotel itself is beautiful and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. It took us an hour driving around the city to find the hotel. Many one-way streets and the GPS could not get us there.
