Easy to find about 15 min walk from the train terminal. Close to amazing restaurants and shopping and the tourist hotspots. Right on the river. The breakfast in a beautiful room is amazing. The rooms are excellent with high ceilings. Beautiful sitting areas on every floor.

Beautiful hotel right in the center of Florence, steps from the Uffizi museum and very close to all of the most relevant sites. No car or transportation needed, everything is walking distance. Lovely ambiance inside, our executive room was elegant and quiet. Staff was exquisite, very kind, discreet and professional. We would stay there again for sure.

Location is unbeatable. Surprisingly quiet at night, rooms nicely appointed and the beds were excellent. Breakfast service is in a very pleasant room, and delicious, plenty of variety. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Very basic, worn, old hotel for an adequate stay. It’s advertised as 4star and no way does it get this ranking. Service is 3 star and 2 stars for the condition of the room and all common areas except the rooftop bar. The breakfast was good. The bar on the roof has beautiful views and really good service from staff there. Rest of hotel staff were polite but not service oriented. They seemed tired. It’s in a very convenient location directly next to Uffizi, which I liked. And easy to go back and forth across Ponte Vecchio for different neighborhoods. Otherwise a basic stay and my room had 1970s/1980s furniture and decor that was very worn (ripped, scratched and broken). The bed was ok with lumpy pillows. I’ve stayed at many 4 star hotels throughout Italy and this was clearly not. Maybe in the 1980’s it was. So I thought overpriced for the condition.

Excellent stay in Florence
This hotel located between Ponte Vecchio and Uffizi Gallery, 30 sec walk to both. We really enjoyed the stay, amazing breakfast and good local attractions and restaurants. The views of Ponte Vecchio from the room and the rooftop bar were amazing.

The Hotel degli Orafi is next door to the Uffizi and a minute away from the Ponte Vecchio, and what makes it perfect is the excellent staff (Eleana) and others. The rooms are lovely, the breakfast is fine, and the rooftop bar is fun for a day or night time view of the city. Recommendations for dinners were outstanding. We are very happy to have found this hotel.

The hotel is beautiful. Great location, very close to Ponte Vecchio. Uffizi Museum is right next door. The breakfast is amzing. The staff is very helpful. Recommend this hotel to all my friends. I will stay there again!
