BEWARE bed bugs! Stayed here Nov 15-18. I contacted to let them know I had bed bug bites. They indicated they were sorry for”my” troubles. I asked them to check the room. They did not offer any compensation. I am home a week now and I have had to throw away expensive clothes, luggage, coats, and fumigate my car and quite possible my entire home.

This place was really clean and offered nice bed and comforter etc. No person nor lobby on the premise but they were helping me using whatsapp and call quickly. THE LOCATION AND THE RATE WAS AMAZING AND I will stay again if I travel alone again. The only thing we were bothered by it was that cigarette smell was coming in through bathroom vent and it was pretty bad for my family. We had to close the bathroom door all the time but its not pleasant to get ready in the morning smelling cigarettes. Perhaps its coming from other residents in the building not the guests.

We liked our stay in general. Close to every tourist attraction, and train station, walking distance, which was great for us. Clean room. Few negatives remarks, the pillows were very uncomfortable, hard and big, unpleasant smell in the “lobby”.

Beautiful hotel with great staff
Beautiful hotel right next to all of the major sites in Florence and within walking distance of the train station. Rooms were very clean. The water machine where we could fill up our bottles was a great amenity. The staff went above and beyond- I was nervous about the self check-in because we would be arriving late but Daniel was kind enough to meet us at the hotel and helped us check in in person. You are also sent videos and directions on how to check in before you arrive, so you're not figuring it out on your own. The only drawback was that the walls were very thin and we could hear people in the halls and in the room next to us. I would absolutely stay here again- thank you to the staff for the lovely stay!
