Helpful and excellent staff from the desk to the cleaning ladies. So helpful. It’s in a great location near the Ponte Vecchio. It does need a bit of refurbishment however. Would definitely stay again

Old hotel structure and room but clean. Very good area in middle area of all attraction , less than 4 min to uffizi and palace and galleria and shooed and restaurant. A bit noisy area and windows was not sound proof. Also there was swerve smell in hallway. Over all not bad.

The hotel was in an excellent location, right next to the Ponte Vecchio! Easy to reach everything. And a great location for shopping, restaurants and just browsing. Loved the location! Hotel was fine. Clean. Friendly staff. We were provided a "room upgrade" but it just included a king suze bed and second bedroom with a single bed. No sitting area or anything. Water pressure low but acceptable. Brrakfast was fine. Nithing special, but adequate. Overall a 4 out of 6 stars.

The location was the best. Walkable to many places nearby. The bed could definitely have been better though, kind of dumpy. But the view from the breakfast area was nice. You could have also gotten that view from a rooftop bar somewhere else too. It was nice that they could get you a taxi at the front desk.

Location was top notch, you can walk to the uffizi and other attractions. Breakfast was enough to get you started but is the same everyday, your strategy on how to have variation if staying there for 3 or more days. Plus was the smart tv with nf and yt. The staff are friendly and helpful. They even let us use the microwave to heat our restaurant leftovers and helped us book a taxi to firenze smn

We loved this hotel ! Great location by the Ponte Vecchio, attractive decor, clean, staff very friendly and helpful! I highly recommend this especially if you only have a few days in Florence !!
