I stayed here for 4 nights. Firstly the staff was wonderful. The breakfast was really good. There were hot and cold items available. I found the bathroom to be a little inconvenient in size. The space around the bed was quite tight as well and personally I found the bed to be too firm for my liking. The bedding was of good quality. This is me knitpicking. The only real issue I had was the bathroom lightig and mirror. I found it difficult putting makeup on in the mirror and the lighting was not bright enough in the darkly decorated bathroom. You could put your makeup on in the rooms mirror . It was a good thing I brought a small lighed magnified mirror with me but it was still awkward. If this isnt a concern for you then this might be a great hotel for you . Would I stay here again? Probably not. After Florence I went to Rome and then returned to Florence one night as I was flying out the next day. I couldnt get in to theMarket hotel so I booked with Mercure, which is a few feet away. I much preferred their rooms ( but hated their breakfast) . I would stay at the Mercure over the Market Urban but if you love a good breakfast start to the day this is the hotel lor you .

This hotel was located in a very central location close to the train and bus stations. It was also walkable to all the main attractions! The staff were very friendly and helpful from the reception, to the breakfast, to the housekeeper. The breakfast is a must— delicious with lots of options!

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel in Florence. The location couldn’t be better right in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk to all the major sights, shops, and restaurants. What really stood out to me was the hospitality. The receptionist was incredibly welcoming from the moment I arrived and went above and beyond by giving me a detailed map of the city, pointing out how to get to key attractions as well as local spots worth visiting. I truly appreciated that personal touch, it made exploring Florence so much easier and more enjoyable. The room itself was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I was impressed with how well-kept and clean everything was, and it really added to the overall positive experience. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Between the unbeatable location, the genuine hospitality, and the clean and comfortable rooms, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Florence and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

I had a very good experience during my stay in this hotel. Very clean, staff are very nice and friendly and polite.Rooms are very clean, great showers in the rooms, the breakfast they serve is awesome, they give tiny jam jars to you instead of jam in plastic containers, cut fruits, pancakes, eggs in different varieties, etc. even snacks you can grab to go on your busy walking day ahead! They place a bag of a kind note and tuscany special biscotti at your door on the night before your check out, which was a very nice gesture by them. Air conditioner in the rooms works well. There are enough power outlets and cloth hangers, the bathroom is well facilitated as well. The minibar in the room is very good too.
