Nothing special. The pictures make the hotel appear much newer and more updated than in person. Our shower didn’t drain properly. We were traveling with friends. The water didn’t work in their shower or bathtub. If you don’t need to bathe, stay here. It’s s great location, close to many nice restaurants and just a short walk to Duomo.

We loved this hotel. We had a deluxe room and it was delicious. We had 2 large beds and each bed was in its own room almost. Each area had its own tv. Beds were comfortable. We loved it. Shower area was very nice except the actual shower was tiny. And I mean small!!! Their water pressure was fantastic. The staff at the hotel are incredible and super helpful. The service is incredible. Whatever we asked for, was literally done right away. And I mean within minutes. Our room came on the main road, initially the first night on a Friday night it was loud until about 2 am. But all other nights it was quiet. Breakfast selection was great and they make the coffee for you. Again at breakfast, service was great. We would stay here again.

Perfectly located in the historic center of Florence. Easy walk to just about anywhere you wanted to go. We walked everywhere. Nearby shopping, dining, sight seeing and tours. Staff was kind, caring and professional. Large rooms with a balcony made for a perfect combo.
