The staff were welcoming and helpful when we needed assistance. It was a 3 minute walk to the tram and a few minute walk to a couple of good restaurants. The breakfast was excellent for the cost of $10 euros per day each.

The hotel was great! Short walk from all the sights but quiet and super clean. The rooms were modern, very spacious and clean. We had a really comfortable stay and particularly loved rooms 310 and 312! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The hotel is located near the train station(S.M.N) and around 30mins walk away from major places of interest such as the Uffizi. Staff members were super nice as well! For me personally, the only downside was the internet being a bit slow, but it's not really a big deal.

We had a nice stay at this property. Breakfast was excellent, and our room was spacious for two adults and two grown kids. While the room was clean and tidy, it was a bit dated and required some renovation. The location was two tram stops from the SMN train station (about 1.70 Euro/ticket). There were a few restaurants and a laundry place within walking distance. The property has parking on site (20 Euro/night), yet there is also a free overnight public parking lot outside of the property (free 8pm-8am, 2 Euro/hr thereafter).

Nice clean place. Quiet, a bit off the way but in 10 mn walk you start to see all the attractions. The staffs are very nice and always smiling. Good breakfast. I like it so much that I booked it again when we return to Florence in 2 weeks
