The property was not friendly for older guests. There were 78 stairs that you had to trek every time you wanted to enter or leave the property. If you’re traveling with any luggage, it was extremely difficult. This was not made clear in the accessibility section of the listing. It only said hardwood floors in the accessibility section. It did not say that you would have to walk up six flights of stairs. The property is on the fourth floor, but the listing says it’s on the 3rd floor because they don’t count the ground floor. The WORST part is there was no hot water, and we kept having to press the reset button on the water heater. The hot water would work for five minutes and then it would shut off again. On the third day after barely being able to shower, we had a maintenance man check it out and he supposedly fixed it. But when we took a shower, the same thing happen again. No hot water after just a couple of minutes. Because because of this issue, none of us got to take a proper shower on our four day trip and it was very uncomfortable for four guests feeling very dirty and aggravated for the entire stay in Florence. When I asked For for a partial refund for all of our trouble and the fact that we could never take a shower in four days, the property manager told us that it was our fault because the valve was shut off and said that WE shut the valve off. They blamed us for the water issue. Insane! We never touched any valve. I would never stay here again.
