Excellent staff. 24 hour front desk. Breakfast was included, not an extra expense. It is on a quiet street about a 15 minute walk from most of the museums and historic sites . We arrived early and our luggage was stored until we returned at the correct sign in time.

The room and bathroom clean.A charming small hotel . The staff were pleasant and accommodating and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfasts and the pleasant service. The location was great on a major bus route but quiet. Has an outdoor courtyard.

Very friendly staffs. Clean room. Has nice complimentary breakfast buffet daily. Very nice and attentive staffs. You can walk to Duomo and other major attractions with ease, about 20-25 minutes. Along the way, you will come across restaurants, bars and coffee shops where locals go. Also there's nice pizzeria right next door. We had great experience staying in this hotel.

The room was clean, service is great. I like the garden we're you can seat an eat something. I don't know if they have elevator because I stayed on the first floor. The shower didn't have a lot of pressure. The beds were very comfortable

This was an excellent place to stay. Positioned as an easy walk to the piazzas and the heart of Florence but not without local charm! The staff were top rate and always friendly. I always feel awkward as an American tourist who doesn’t know much Italian, but they were so patient as I clumsily bounced between languages. Breakfast was great and the room cleaning was excellent and intuitive. My only suggestion would be a small shelf in the shower for shampoo and soap, but that didn’t damper the experience at all.

The room is clean and the front desk people are friendly, walking distance to cathedral the santa maria del fiore, and many other churches and plazzas, retaurants near by, there is a pizza place next door, the pizza was good and they speak english and Spanish, the train station is about 20 mins walk

Lovely quiet hotel, perfect stay

Very quiet hotel, room was comfortable and clean, nice bathroom and shower. My room was on the ground floor and over looked the courtyard which was a lovely place to sit and relax. Air con worked well and was very welcome! Breakfast was included and perfectly adequate if you like a continental breakfast. Reception staff very helpful, providing map of Florence and directing to where I wanted to be. Would come back in an instant!

Over all the hotel was okay, quiet, clean and basic. Breakfast was very basic, for instance, the cheese was wrapped in plastic and tasteless. Staff were helpful and attentive. Excellent coffee!!

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was included which had things as yogurt, breads, deli meats, juices, coffees, cheese spread. The room was good and the A/C cooled the room instantly. The bed was a bit too firm for me so it was a bit of a hard sleep yet to each their own for that. The courtyard is a great place to relax or visit with others…..it was a neat environment to chill in with all the plants and trees inside.

Great staff, well situated
