This is a perfect property for a staybin florance. Private entrance with secure locking, can come and go as you please. The room was beautiful and newly renovated. Bed was very comfortable and more bedding options available which was great for the chsnging weather. We had a little balcony in our room which overlooked the Balisca close to the train station which eas wonderful. We sat with a bottle of wine and soaked in the lovely scenery. The amenties in the room were great. Good size fridge for drinks to be stored and refilled coffe and tea each day with a good size kettle. Tv was brilliant as it was smart so we could stream from it. The check in was easy, the room was very clean and the noise was minimal considering there are lots of people in the building. Outside there are local supermarkets, shops and cafes and the walk to the cathedral in Florence was 10 minutes! The train station was barely a 2 minute walk which is even better! Highly recommend this hotel!

Perfect and convenient stay for Florence.

We had a lovely stay. Convenient for thr train an bus services. All attractions were within walking distance. Surrounded by shops and restaurants. Breakfast was a lovely continental style nearby and room was clean with everything you need for a short stay.

Nice, large room that is conveniently located near the train station. We were pleased with decor, cleanliness, and surprising quiet at night of the hotel. I really appreciated the expresso machine in the lobby.

Rome Train Station a Huge Disappointment

Unfortunately, Rome Train Station had a strike and couldn’t function causing changes to our itinerary - not any fault of the hotel- the peopl were so kind and informative and I would hope we get a refund - as we incurred another expense. We used hiotels under my friend’s name to book another room- Linda Rupp. We incurred a huge expense and loss as a result. I doubt that we will ever return to Rome again.

Comfortable and convenient

Close to the train station, bus stops, grocery stores and the room was beautiful and spacious. The receptionist was very helpful as well. We had a good time shopping and sightseeing. Thank you!

I was able to check in 2.5 hours early, the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was big with high ceiling and modern decor. There were 2 windows in the room which made the room even more spacious feeling. Bathroom had modern decor as well. The location of this place was so convenient, next to bus station, steps away from the train station, minutes walk to central market and city center. Would definitely stay here again if coming to Florence again.

This was an excellent place to stay. Very close to the Train Station the check in was easy you just fill out the online forms they send you enter passport and credit card and they only charge you the city tax if you paid for it in advance through Expedia or other site. They gave me a door code the morning of my arrival and the room was ready on time. The room was clean and safe. The bed was soft and comfortable. The breakfast was provided free at a coffee shop across the street pretty easy for a light breakfast to start the day. I would recommend staying here. No hassles no face to face interaction just a clean comfortable room.
