The staff was very nice and friendly. The room was ok for what we needed. There was however mold in the shower, the bed was not comfortable and the “balcony” overlooked a nasty smelly area. It was next to the train station so nice that we didn’t have to go far. If I had not of been with my husband I would not have stayed in this area. It’s very very busy and not a super safe area. My fault I guess for booking in the area.

Before you back ask if the construction noise is completed. The room was too small to open a small suitcase and construction on the building next door starts at 7:30 am. So loud! Not worth the money at all. Stay elsewhere.

Great location near the train station and a short walk to the duomo area. The room was clean and comfortable, with an easy check in. I would recommend!

Comfortable bed with luxurious linens. 5min walk from the train station and about 15-20mins to the river. The host was very attentive and answered any questions we had during our stay We recommend checking out the Central Market for lunch/dinner which is 5mins away!

The room was clean and nice with a cold AC. We got it because it was near the train station. They allowed us to check in early which was great, since it was cleaned and available. Which doesn’t always happen in other hotels even if they are clean and available.

We loved everything about our room. Very spacious and super tidy. Very comfortable beds and high quality bed linen and towels. The shower was incredible! The area is well connected and walking distance from the main attractions. Elisa was always available when we needed her. We highly recommend la Residencia Dell'Oraffo.
