The low light of our tour to Italy

Of a wonderful trip to Italy this was an extreme disappointment. We had multiple problems with the apartment which started out with no one there to let us in. Multiple people sending messages they would arrive in 10 min but no one turned up for 90 min as we wait outside. No toilets provided, lights kettle did not work as the plugs different from the wall. The host simple told us to go and buy things as they would not help. It was very cold, damp and uncomfortable inside. Which we could do nothing about.
