              Fiji Boutique Accommodation

The South Pacific has as many islands as there are stars in the sky. Well, maybe not that many, but there sure are a whole heck of a lot of them—and we think it’s about time you pay a visit to the ones that make up the island nation of Fiji.

These 330 islands are perfect for anybody who’s looking for a relaxing holiday in a tropical paradise. Go scuba diving, paddle into a perfect wave, eat amazing seafood and get delirious on kava. But before all that, book one of Wotif’s best boutique hotels in Fiji.

              Out & About

It’s no secret that our Fiji boutique hotels are out-of-this-world amazing and the perfect places to kick back. But you can’t stay in your room forever. That’d be a waste of a holiday! You’ve get to get out and explore this ridiculous paradise. Here are a few things you should check out:

              • Tavarua Island – If you’re looking for a place that perfectly combines luxury and privacy, head for this heart-shaped island in the middle of the South Pacific. They only allow around 15 to 20 guests at a time, which means your stay will be peaceful and quiet. It’s pretty much the ultimate in Fiji boutique accommodation. There’s a great restaurant serving up the freshest seafood, plenty of ocean activities to take “dive” into (see what we did there?), and a bar serving up “skull draggers”—shots you take out of snorkels. After a few of these, you’ll understand why they’re called skull draggers.
              • Kula Eco Park – Located on the main island of Viti Levu, a visit to this ecological preserve is a must-do for any visitor to the Fijian Islands. Go for a self-guided tour along the many walkways that snake through the park and keep your eyes peeled for swamp harriers and great frigatebirds flying overhead. If you really want to do something special, take a behind-the-scenes tour and see how the park operates when the public isn’t around.
              • Fiji Museum – This place has a gigantic archaeological collection that dates back some 3700 years. There are all sorts of cool artefacts here, like the rudder from the HMS Bounty, ancient weapons and even cannibal utensils. Seriously, they have a whole collection of forks and knives that came from cannibals. Can you imagine what they were used for?

              Food & Drink

All of this gallivanting around the South Pacific will make you hungry as all hell, so before retiring to one of our boutique Fiji hotels, fill your belly. Pair all-time seafood dishes with a few wild nights out and you’ll have yourself a pretty awesome holiday. Here’s a few suggestions we think you’ll like:

              • Seduce – If you’re staying at The Pearl South Pacific Resort, you’re in luck, because that’s where Seduce is located. As you’re taking in unbelievable views of the big blue ocean, the chef will be preparing unbelievable offerings of seared bluefin tuna, whole spiny lobster and almost anything else you want that comes from the deep. And they have a fantastic wine list, to boot.
              • Dinner Cruise – What better way to close out a long day than enjoying fine food and drinks aboard a sailboat while the sun goes down? According to our calculations, there is no better way. Book a spot on a Captain Cook Cruise and you’ll be treated to all the above.

The South Pacific might be one of the greatest places on earth, and it’s about time you see it for yourself. Wotif’s deals on boutique hotels in Fiji like the Bedarra Beach Inn are better than ever, so book one now. You could use a tan.
