We enjoyed our stay. Room was clean, bed comfortable. The refrigerator had a great freezer to freeze water bottles for the next day. We had a little trouble with the hot water control in the shower, but we survived.

Nice bath towels, and quieter than I thought it would be. Sheets had a sort of weird smell, and mattress and pillows were some sort of memory foam, so we slept a bit hot. Great place for the price and location, though.

This is an older motel, but it was clean and comfortable. As with many older places, the biggest problem was finding electrical outlets to plug in phones etc . The property was close to the center of Cle Elum and a 25 minute drive from Ellensburg, so it was a convenient stay for us. No frills, but clean and adequate. Note that the train tracks are nearby, but didn't wake us up.

They still use old-fashioned room keys there, but the property is very well kept there’s even space there for barbecue and sitting around outside which is nice. The rooms are efficient nothing fancy but there’s a microwave and the bathroom is well-maintained and clean and little amenities that they view to use in the shower the beds were fresh linen. I would stay there again. It’s very quiet and a great stopping place. If you’re going to or coming back from the Gorge in that area, the only thing I could complain about was there was no tissues in the room and I don’t like to blow my nose in toilet paper lol

The beds were extremely uncomfortable and there was no hot water. I was later told by someone else who used to live in this hotel that you have to wait at least 30 minutes with the water running for the water to even start to get warm because they have a cistern hot water system. The hotel itself is clean they have good parking and they are cheap. If you were in a pinch and need a roof over your head it's a last resort but I do not recommend it if you need to get clean or if you want a good night's sleep.

For the price, I really wasn't expecting a lot but I was very pleasantly surprised. I got a nice clean room at a very reasonable price. I was perfectly satisfied with it. I didn't check to see what (if any) amenities they offered as we arrived late at night and had to leave at 6am. It was literally just a place to sleep, and for that it was great. The bed was slightly more comfortable than the typical hotel slabs of granite most places make you sleep on. I would stay there again if passing through Cle Elum.
