Everything was perfect! The room was clean and adorable. The lobby is so nice and was decorated beautifully for Christmas. The rooftop terrace with firebowls, chairs, and a beautiful view was awesome! The staff were so friendly and courteous. We stayed 2 nights and will definitely stay at the Windrow when we are in Ellensburg, WA again.

This hotel is in downtown so close to restaurants and shopping. There doesn’t seem to be any dining options at the hotel itself but plenty nearby. The hotel itself is fine for the area, good rooms, clean place.

The room was clean with the exception of stained carpet. They really are comfy stylish rooms. This was not my first stay at hotel Windrow. Both this stay and the last there was a person sitting in a club chair less than 8’ from my check-in position. Both times the person was holding up a cell phone and was within earshot of the check-in conversation. The clerk said out loud the last 4 numbers of my telephone number, which for security purposes two would be sufficient. Parking was full so I parked in the same overflow spot I was told to use on previous visits. This time I was told I couldn’t park there and if I did, it they couldn’t guarantee I wouldn’t be towed. Further I was told the open parking was a block over. I was traveling with my 85 year old legally blind mother. After questioning why and what had changed since my previous stay, I was given a pass for my windshield. We could have spared an aggravating experience by simply giving it in the first place. With the exception of the parking pass and person sitting so close to check in Suggestion: move the chairs to either side of the front door where there is plenty of room AWAY from check in conversation.
