We stayed here to catch our very early flight to Mexico. We left before breakfast was served so they packed us a breakfast to go. Transportation was provided to the airport. Very good customer service.

On arrival the room temperature had been set at 9c. It took several hours for the room temperature to rise to a comfortable level. Reported to desk on check out. Other than that the hotel was great.

Unfortunately no one clean table tops or any surface any more. Just cleaning the desk in my room the sanitizer cloth was almost black i was absolutely disgusted and didn’t want to even sleep in the bed or touch anything else until it was sanitized. Very disappointed.

We were very happy with this hotel. It was close to the airport, stylish, clean, comfortable and had a wonderful breakfast bar with tons of choice! Our interactions with the front desk clerks were pleasant and professional, and our shuttle to the airport was timely. We only had a glitch when we ordered a cot for one night for our son to stay in the room with us. We had arranged everything the day before but when he arrived ( we were out ) the clerk acted like she knew nothing and it was a bit of trouble for him to get a card key for our room and order the cot again, which they were going to charge more for. Later he realized they had given pillow cases but no pillows with it, so he called the desk and they refused to bring any, saying we had four already in the room. So that was a bit strange, like there had been a communication breakdown somewhere, but it worked out in the end and they went back to the original price later. So other than that we really enjoyed our stay.
