The hotel is lovely and if you’re looking for a walk out hotel, this is perfect for you. However, I didn’t quite like how far away I had to park from the hotel that was the only downfall but they do offer valet parking.

Excellent place to stay on Whyte Ave., in Edmonton

Good, central location on Whyte Ave. If you enjoy walking, this is an excellent place to stay. Rooms were comfortable and clean, staff pleasant and helpful. Rooms overlooking Whyte Ave. can be noisy. Ask for a room not facing the street. Breakfast and valet service included in price were good value.

The rooms were not in great condition, poorly cleaned. Came in expecting a 4 star stay and it felt more like a 2 star. Paid nearly 300$ for a premium room with a spa bathroom and I'm convinced the "spa" aspect is that the shower had side jets that barely worked due to poor water pressure.

The hotel is lovely and the room was great. Have stayed here a few times. Not impressed with the front desk. I needed something from the valet parking and I said I didn’t mind walking to the parkade myself to get it so the person at the desk gave me the key and I walked there but they didn’t inform me that my car was behind a locked gate and needed a staff member to unlock it. I feel like the front desk should have known I was not able to access the parking on my own before giving me the key. It was just a waste of about an hour of my time in the morning going back and forth.
