What an amazing stay. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay absolutely amazing. Our room was upgraded upon arrival. After settling into our room, we receive a knock on a door with a complementary bottle of wine. The Braven restaurant exceeded our expectations, the food was fantastic.

check in was great. being woken up at 3:00 am with all the lights on in the room and the inability to turn them off and then the firefighters entering the lobby was hard to digest. burst pipe found to be the culprit. cloudy water out of the tap for coffee in the morning was unfortunate. remaining bottled allowed for a cup salvaged the coffee

I’ve stayed in so many hotels, and the JW genuinely surprised me. I wandered downstairs to check out the gym and yoga studio, and their team went out of their way to make me feel welcome. If you’re a guest and drop in for yoga—it's complimentary! Breakfast was a highlight: the eggs benny was incredible, and the hollandaise tasted freshly made. And honestly, the Pedway to Rogers Place is pure genius. In –10°C, not needing a jacket or going outside at all? Brilliant. The area is packed with great restaurants—just make sure you book ahead during the holiday season. And the lobby bar? Always buzzing, with people lined up to get in. Such a great stay!
