The staff were amazing, very friendly and courteous! Room was a nice enough, clean, sizeable, quiet, cute balcony. Pool/hot tub/gym was good. Rooms are in need of a reno, nothing overly broken but definitely dated and dingy. Breakfast was amazing!

Could not get in touch with front desk when there was a disturbance on our floor. Had to go down to the lobby. On the way got into an altercation with the people causing the disturbance. No sleep for me and my family that night. Won’t stay there again. Paid for parking, when we left found a parking ticket on our windshield.

Good hotel - very helpful staff and great breakfast included with room cost - for the price point. I am vegan and had baked bean porridge toast fruit. Hotel is a bit rundown a the LEDs in the hallways and bathrooms are harsh.
