Nice location. You have to pay for parking 16$ so keep that in mind when booking. We had a guest stay on the pull out couch and it was less than ideal. The mattress was very thin, she could feel the frame below. Breakfast was very good, hot, fresh with good selection. Would stay here again.

My teenager daughter&I stayed here for one night. Upon check in, although early, we were told our room wasn't ready&may not be for 2 hours. They were gracious enough to hold our bags and said they would call when the room was ready. Upon coming back to the hotel, after walking around, we noticed others being checked in & asked if we could as well. The room was bigger than we anticipated (one King) and had a little patio. The patio was on the roof of another part of the building and didn't have much of a view/nor spacious and was littered with cigarette butts. The shower was decent (2 shower heads) however, we turned the rain shower off and it still leaked & dripped cold water after the shower was turned off completely. After returning to our room in the late evening (after a concert), we realized the door lock did not fit in the door jam properly. This meant the deadbolt did not work. Safety is a huge priority for us, so we created some extra layers of assurance (table and chair against the door knowing i would hear it if moved). We noticed a few other things (lamp shade was broken&falling apart), sheets were 'interesting' (my teenager described them as similar to a plastic shower liner!) and the floors, although wood, were not clean. The breakfast was enjoyable with a varied selection, lots of seating and food was consistently being refilled. Upon check out, the employee was gracious, took notes of the deficiencies and was apologetic. Overall, a decent stay for 1 night.

A safe bet when visiting this city. Clean bed in a decent room is a safe bet here. The breakfast is typically Canadian/ Northern America standard, nothing to get excited about but as they say when in Rome. It's unfair to hold any hotel breakfast to the British standard.

The facility overall is fair. Our room needed more lighting. There were 4 lamps and 2 had burned out lightbulbs. The bathroom had an odor coming from the tub. The hotel is located within walking distance to the 104 Street promenade which has several restaurants and some shops.

was really disappointed with my stay. My booking said $378, but I ended up paying $470 — even accounting for the $25 pet fee and $40 parking, which was supposed to be free. I’m not sure if this is normal, but it felt misleading. The staff were rude and unhelpful. As a younger person checking in, I felt judged and talked down to. Even something as simple as filling out a pet form was uncomfortable with repeated instructions like, “put your phone number where it says phone number.” The room itself was dusty and not properly cleaned. Overall, the hotel did not match what was advertised, and I would not stay here again.
