Definitely recommend this beautiful Hotel, lovelyhelpful staff, fab Tram service just outside, shops outside. Look no further. We enjoyed our stay here in December for xmas markets. Will definitely return again soon

Based on our experience it is really nice place to stay and also cleanliness is superb. Can I just suggest to put lock into the toilet especially on a family room as it feels awkward. Thanks! But all in all it was brilliant!

Ecxellent! I left a jacket in the wardrobe by mistake and they called me to tell me they had found it.They also sent me an email telling me they would hold it for 90 days and would send it to any destination in the world by DHL,for the cost of postage. The only down side was the parking next to the hotel which was private land.The charge was 12 pounds per day.

A new hotel,easy access to the tram service to the airport and Edinburgh. Rooms were very good.Restaurant was clean with an excellent breakfast (20 pounds) a bit on the expensive side.Evening menu had a good choice and the food was excellent. The only down side was the privately owned car park,which costs 12 pounds per day.The QR code didnt accept my Barclays bank credit card so we had to pay at the hotel reception. You have a 30 minute grace period and then you will get a 100 pound fine if you dont pay with your car registration number. No discount for Novotel guests.There is a KFC and Krispy Kream donut shop less than 1 minute from the hotel enterence,and a Tesco's and Outlet shops 3 minutes walk as well . A nice location for many people but a little pricey if you plan to stay for a long time.

The room was perfect. They had a sofa bed which was really nice to have. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only downside will be having the same breakfast menu all the time but no complains about the quality though. 5min walk to the train, tram and bus stop. 15min ride to airport and city centre..

We recently stayed at the Novotel Hotel Edinburgh Park while celebrating a 40th wedding anniversary, and I was thoroughly impressed. The hotel is very pleasant and well-situated, making it easy to locate. After arriving at Edinburgh Waverly, I hopped on the next train to Edinburgh Park, and upon exiting the station, I spotted the mall across the road. The hotel was less than a 4-minute walk away, which was manageable even with a suitcase and in windy conditions. The amenities around the hotel are fantastic, with options like KFC and Costa coffee just a short stroll away. If you want to head into Edinburgh city, simply walk back to the station for either a train or, in my case, a tram ride that costs only £8.50 for a return trip. The hotel room we stayed in was large and comfortable, with no issues whatsoever. Although the bar closed early, the staff at reception, especially Guillaume and Iryna, were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, ensuring we were well taken care of. Overall, I can’t recommend the Novotel Hotel Edinburgh Park enough. It made for an enjoyable stay and contributed to a wonderful anniversary celebration. Hats off to the entire team!
