We stayed one night before our long haul flight to New Zealand . Lovely ,clean hotel close to the airport . 10 minute walk from hotel to terminal .

Very modern place and obviously perfect for ease of arriving or departing from Edinburgh. Room was clean and neat but two things irked. The AC was locked on 22.5C which I feel is just too hot for sleeping. In lieu of adjustability, a notice suggests you turn off the AC and open a window to cool down. That would be ok in a quiet location but in the middle of an AIRPORT not very smart. The second issue was the night light; there’s no off switch, and instead of being motion-activated, ours would randomly switch on/off. We resorted to trying to cover the lights with pillows. As a result we got a poor nights sleep. These two things made a decent hotel a bit trying.

For a one night stay before flying out on holiday it was perfect. Room was clean but small, no wardrobe just hooks on wall, bed was a standard 4’6” bed so felt really small. Check in staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, so for one night can’t fault them, for more than one night would be claustrophobic.

Great place to stay before an early morning flight. We arrived early and were able to check-in as our room was ready. Food offered in hotel was just what we needed. Would recommend this hotel and will certainly use it again ourselves
