This was a comfortable hotel in walking distance to the airport terminals 1 & 3. A shuttle for a mini Al coat runs between the hotel and terminal 2. The service was very good and it was great to have a drink and light meal in the bar. Overall a good stay.

Fantastic service

Very warm welcome by the staff. It had been a terrible journey back to the UK and was fantastic to be made very welcome at the reception in the early hours of the Sunday morning. Very much appreciated!!

Fantastic airport hotel

Fantastic stay. So convenient, lovely decor lovely staff, room was gorgeous, bed was comfortable, spotlessly clean, didn’t have to pre book parking just turned up and paid for 3 days parking. Walk to the airport about 5 mins. We would definitely stay at this hotel again Ate at the pan Asian restaurant, was just ok, for the price expected it to be amazing, v expensive for what it was.

Stress free hotel.

The hotel is 5 minutes walk from airport. The room i was given was clean and tidy. I didnt take part in the facilities they had availible but it did appear rather popular with the general public.

We arrived here in the evening for our early morning flight. The parking lot was almost full and had to squeeze in a spot that was only free because it was extremely tight. We also had to pay £15 for the privilege, even though we stayed with them, so -1 star for that. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Our room was at the end of 2 corridors that seemed never-ending - we even joked they should've lent us bikes at the reception. On the plus side, it was quiet as no one was walking past our door. The room itself was a bit dated but fine. The bathroom however looked like something you get in a cheap hostel and definitely below what you'd expect from a Crowne Plaza. We decided to eat at the bar and shared a pizza as it was quite late. This was almost certainly frozen and just chucked in the oven as it looked and tasted like something you'd get in Iceland for £1. Definitely sub-par for a Crowne Plaza so -1 star again. Overall a mediocre experience and we'll consider other options when we fly next and need a hotel.

We will def be back again very soon!

This is always our favoured hotel when flying from Manchester. The restaurants are excellent!! The restaurant manager went out of his way to find our preferred choice of wine and put it on chill for our meal later that evening. Check in was quick and easy and requests to book a table for the restaurant was taken care off prior to our arrival. Assistance with the shuttle was also first class. Well done to all the staff at the hotel!!
