Centeral location, within walking distance to many Dublin attractions (parks, Temple Bar, museums, and Guinness). As many others mentioned, there are several clubs nearby that play loud music until 3:30 am, which rules out good night sleep. Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was standard.

Hotel staff very helpful! Even came out and helped our family unload and carry luggage on our late arrival. Cottage looked like it had been newly updated. It was nice to have 7 of us in the same place and not having to rent multiple rooms. Continental breakfast was one of the best we have had. Music was very loud and noisy from the room and not the best area with little kids or if you were not into staying up to the wee hours. I would also mention parking was blocks away. However, want to say again staff was very helpful and would stay again if we were not traveling with children.

Sleepless in Dublin

The hotel was close to shopping, dining, & attractions but was also next to the hotel's nightclub that began pumping music at 7pm & ended at 4 am. The hotel dumped empty bottles in the trash cans directly below the cottage room windows around 1 am, and the drunks filtered out shouting and screaming thereafter. Then the cars idled outside. Even with the aid of earl plugs (the hotel didn't provide) not one person in our party of 7 slept until after 4 am. The conditions were also old, broken, and hot water was limited. No knives to cook with in the kitchen, no bottle opener or cork screw either. The staff was nice. We had fresh towels and linens every day. But not sleeping takes a toll on everyone. I don't recommend unless you plan on joining the party crew outside.

Room was clean and comfortable but the shower was very poor and - more importantly - the hotel doubles up as a club at night with a huge amount of noise
