Badly cracked handbasin in bathroom looks as though has been like that for some time. Also not impressed with communication over property left in the room - 4 emails went unanswered and unacknowledged, and when I phoned I was informed the items could not be sent to me unless I organised collection via e.g. Fedex.

Parking was great, just out the front. Entrance was welcoming, lovely door staff and reception. Cosy feel with the fires lit.
