We loved the hotel and we loved Florence. The front desk staff was phenomenal and so helpful. They were very friendly. The breakfast every morning was delightful. We had to leave early in the morning before breakfast was open and they had a breakfast bag for us for our travels. So thoughtful! I highly recommend this hotel.
