Best hotel in Florence!

This was my favorite hotel of the 4 we stayed at on our 2-week trip. It is about a 10-15 min to the historic city center which made the property quiet and serene; a great place to relax after busy days shopping and touring. We stayed for 5 days and our room was kept clean the entire time. The staff was extremely helpful getting us cabs quickly whenever we asked. Breakfast was a very nice spread and one night we had dinner at the restaurant as well and the food was amazing. One of my favorites for our whole stay in Florence. We would definitely stay here again.

This is one of a small chain of hotels run by Places of Charme. It's first class throughout - quiet, classy, and with tasteful new furnishings, large rooms, and an excellent breakfast. The swimming pool is well managed, with a pool bar, and the beds have movable shades to shield your head from the sun. We stayed in 9 places during our 3 week visit to Italy and this was one of the best - I'd be happy to stay there again.

We loved our stay at Villa Neroli. The staff was kind and helpful, the breakfast was great, and the location, though outside the center of Florence was great. Taking the bus from the hotel was easier than we thought it would be, and it was actually preferable to driving, as parking in Florence is very difficult.

The overall experience staying here was very good. The only drawback was that it’s a bit far from downtown and the historical sites in Florence, so we had to take a taxi every time we went out.

Beautiful, well maintained hotel with friendly staff. The pool was clean and sunny, and not too busy in May. Easy to get into Florence by bus, which is only 1€, which I would recommend for dinner as there are not many places to eat nearby and the hotel restaurant is expensive.
