Did not end up staying at the property. I booked another room at a different property at my own expense. I called the night before (Friday night, not early in the day) my stay - prior to booking - and asked if they offered early check in telling them that I was looking specifically for as early in the day as possibly on Saturday morning. While the front desk clerk did inform me that early check in was subject to availability, they failed to mention that the property was already mostly booked and it was highly unlikely that an early check in the day day would be possible. They rather let me book, keeping this information to themselves, and choosing profit over customer satisfaction. For this reason I will never book at this property again, or any property owned by these owners either.

Needs work.

It got the job done, this place needs so much work. Pool was closed, TP holder was broke, exhaust and light for stove top on the kitchenette didnt work, and the chair at the desk was absolutely disgusting looking. Blood stains???

Great bang for the buck

Everything was great, especially the price. Amenities exceeded those of the most costly hotels in Detroit. Internet didn't work in my room so I had to go to the lobby to use it. That's my only complaint.

Terrible area, was worried about my truck being stolen, prostitutes working out of the motel, locked out of room 3 times they had to pick the lock and put on a new 1. Cold air coming from the wall unit heater. Hot tub overflow came right off and really continental breakfast was horrible

Bed was broken in our room .. it had a deep dent in there and if I rolled I dipped in it where my hunni had to sleep in it 😒 VERY NOISY AMBULANCE HAD TO COME FOR WHATEVER REASON ROOM NEXT TO US WAS LOUD ALL NIGHT WE LEFT AS SOON AS DAY HIT room was across from THE OUT OF ORDER POOL 1st floor like we needed to be close to the desk😳 side of the front of the hotel we heard cars pass all night whomever came to check it EVERYTHING WAS HORRIBLE

I didn't like the trash that was left outside on side of the building, my room was under someone with a dog that ran around alot maybe the pet Friendly rooms should be 1st floor only, the mattresses was not comfortable at all, and when i asked for wash clothes they was all out i was given hand towels for wash clothes

I checked in at 7:15pm, the first room I was given the heater was not working, I was assigned a second room where the sigarette smell was unbearable . Finally I was assigned a third room. Worse of anything, I was traveling with two service dogs that I mentioned during the reservation. Once there, the front desk person told me she needed to ask the manager about. Few hours later she called me down that the manager wanted me to be charged me $45 for the service dogs. Hotels cannot charge extra fees for service animals, including service dogs, under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Service animals are considered essential companions for people with disabilities, not pets. I paid the fee and told I will report the manager directly with the right departments. Hours later they called me back telling me that they were refunding the fee. The lady at front desk was nice and apologetic. The fact that a manager run a business like this is unacceptable.

our stay was fine, at the time we stayed the new owners are remodeling the building, but our room was clean and comfortable. they showed me several rooms to see what met my requirements. it should be a nice affordable place to stay.
