Upon arrival i didn't understand why i had to pay a $50 CASH only deposit. Normally they will use the card you used to book the room but hey insisted on cash. I was very upset because i felt there was no way to trace that transaction. I demanded a letter showing i had paid the deposit and the clerk had to write one out for me in red ink. Once i arrived in my room the smell of fresh, stinky cigarette smoke filled the air and you could still see the smoke as well which tells me they were looking for a reason to keep my deposit. Little did they know my husband and i are both non smokers, and he also travels with me so He called the front desk immediately to let them know about the smoke filled room. They apologized and moved us to a different room which was in such bad shape i felt ashamed to be in there. The walls had holes in them, the curtains was off the rod, the soap dispenser was broken, the sink was clogged, and there was a chair that just needed to be thrown away because you couldn't even sit in it anyways due to the hole in the seat and the cushion coming out of it. Never again.

Terrible stay. None of the outlets worked,dead spiders in the bathroom,the dresser doors were broken and he door leading to go outside didn’t close well. It left a huge opening me and my parents had to use towels and bags to cover up the cracks of the door so we don’t get any bugs and such to come in.

hotel was very close to interstate, we heard traffic all night. bed was comfortable and room was clean. supposed to be coffee 24/7 in lobby but obviously you weren't allowed in, had to check in thru a teller like window. door to lobby was locked and room key doesn't open it.

This is looks way different than the pictures advertised. I had booked a room a few hours before arriving got checked in and went to my room which was not to standards. Which included the walls flaking and the bed check for creepy crawlers was questionable. Within me going into my room and coming out and asking for a refund which I was told would be no problem but I would have to have Expedia call since I book through them. This ended up being a lie and I was not refunded any money at all.10/10 don’t recommend
