Didn't like being told to wash up & put away all China and cutlery or an additional charge would be made

The rooms were great. Unfortunately there were issues with the water pump (I was briefed on this and could deal with it) but it was very inconvenient having to go outside and reset the pump numerous times to complete a load of washing and to wash hands after going to the toilet especially late at night. Also, while the manager was very helpful she was a bit keen in telling me how I would be charged for any damage (even thought I was only at the water pump area because I needed to know how to reset it!) But if this is resolved it's great.

The receptionist/owner who checked us in was rude and unwelcoming and treated us as if we were imposing on her by checking in even though it was after the nominated earliest checkin time of 3pm.

Didn't like the supply of hot water.. not even enough for a moderate shower for my wife and NONE for me !! Overall a dissapointing experience, not to mention that the charge per night is about TWICE as much as what it"s worth

It would be helpful f you could please tell us the name of the chalet/studio you stayed in so we can investigate the hot water issue as it has not been an issue ever raised before all our units have instant gas HW except for one which is electric so it would be helpful to know which unit. We are disappointed you had this experience.

Stunning location! The chalet was very comfortable, clean and cute. We were welcomed by the host and taken to our chalet where a warm fire place was waiting for us. The host was very friendly and happy to help make our stay feel like home. Would go back. Thank you.

Excellent facility but terrible service

We have spent a month in Tasmania and this accommodation was the finest we have experienced but the customer service was the worst. The receptionist gave the impression that we were a problem rather than a guest. We wee not made feel welcome in any way.
