Your cozy mountain holiday!

This cozy home has 4 bedrooms. Two bedrooms have queen beds. There are two full bathrooms. One bathroom is attached to the downstairs master bedroom. One bedroom has a toddler bed and one bedroom has a crib. If you have kids, this home is 100% perfect and if not, you are still in luck. If you have older kids, we have air mattresses for the kids rooms. Or if you are two couples or even one couple, this house is also wonderful. There is also a futon in the downstairs TV room that pulls out into a double mattress, it was new just four years ago. Sit and relax on our large deck/umbrella with view of the mountains through the wonderful pine trees. There is a patio door from the kitchen directly onto the deck. We have a great gas grill on the deck. You will see hummingbirds, deer, chipmunks and possibly elk. We are ONLY 3/4 mile from the extremely popular maxwell falls trailhead (and we will provide you will local directions so you will not get lost like so many others we see walking past our home) . It is also very near (1.5 miles) from the Cub Creek Trail .

We have a newly renovated granite and stainless steel kitchen, ninja coffee bar, a Blendtec blender, front loading washer and dryer, and a home office (so if you are like me and need to make calls/email when you are away, you are perfectly set). The home is on a full acre of land and pristine aspens and pines are all around. Just up the sloping mountain behind the house there is a dead end road that takes you to magnificent views (just a one mile walk). The drive here is about 20 minutes off I70 and it is a beautiful mountain road drive. There is plenty of hiking to keep you busy for many days. There is also a lake with magnificent views where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, SUPs, canoes, and double paddle boats We absolutely love it here and know you will too!
