We have stayed here twice. First stay wasn’t the best one of the lights in room would not turn off, the door didn’t lock, and blow dryers didn’t work. Second stay was much better. The room was very clean and everything worked!

The hotel didn’t have any power. Said they notified everyone staying. They said all third parties (including Orbitz) was notified and expected to notify their customers. We stayed without power/amenities. Other walk ins said the hotel offered half off rooms/etc. We did not get anything. Wet bad experience with Orbitz and Monarch
