Bring towels

Most clean and well kept hotel. Pool is cool. Took 4 request to get additional towels to room, but staff was nice and accommodating otherwise. Really depends on time of day... night staff seemed much better than day.

The property is a typical Westin property, but the staff dropped the ball for our visit. They didn’t explain the destination fee, so we missed out on the amenities like free bike rentals and drinks, and the housekeeping staff did a pretty brutal job - bare minimum of cleaning.
