The bed was very soft not fit my expectations. It was a snowy day but the blanket was like a piece of paper. It was too cold in the middle of night and the heater was not on. My husband had to ask the front desk to give us extra blanket even we put our jackets on. The room was equipped with microwave and small fridge.

I have never seen nor heard not just the noise, but violet unacceptable noise coming from the owners of the property themselves. It was a fight from upstairs that made me afraid even though I was in my room. Very hard kicking and moving furniture in very destructive way and behavior. Talking in threatened manner in their language (Indian) as they struggled about something. No professionalism. Even in India, this kind of behavior will not be tolerated, and yet they bring this to America. A shame!
