older but very affordable staff are very friendly and honest i left my iphone in the lobby and they retrieved it and had it ready for me when i was trying to figure out where i might have lost it poorer area of denver and it was heartbreaking to witness the number of families with all they owned as well as single people helping each other on the streets
family of rabbits greeted us each morning they were a great addition to enjoy

Room was marked as non smoking. There was burn marks everywhere, room smells like smoke. The tiny piece of carpet by the door was wet the entire time and because the AC barely worked, it made the entire room humid. I am currently sick because of it.

Cockroach infested

This property is infested with cockroaches. In the first room I entered, there were 3 cockroaches crawling on the inside of the door as soon as I turned on the light, so I immediately left. The next room had 1 cockroach on the floor between the bed and far wall, so I left. I entered a third room, which had none immediately, but I was already too creeped out to sleep here and requested a refund. When you book through Hotels.com, Motel 6 authorizes the refund and gives you a printout, instructing you to call a Hotels.com phone number in order for them to actually complete the refund. I don't normally book at places like this, and this is why. Regret.

crappy customer service, he'll charge you arm and leg and they had no AC it did not work at allburning up dripping sweat all day long and they had no feelings for itno compensation no discounts no regards to have customers felt even forced me to check out after already paying for my reservation for the next day and wait out in the sun for 3 hours until home came available
