Their idea of a large flatscreen. Not to mention there is no WiFi as they advertise
This was the way the bathtub looked
This was the condition of the room we rented. The whole room was like this. The floors were sticky and so was the kitchen table. We did our own cleaning since there is no housekeeping

This property was terrible. The pictures on the booking site were nothing like the actual property. Did not feel safe, ended up not staying at this location. I would not recommend it

Room was so dirty. Bugs, flies everywhere. Air conditioner didn’t work. Rude staff. Broken door. Unable to reach office staff. We were only there 20 minutes before deciding to leave. Had to drive around at 11pm looking for somewhere else to stay. Hoping Expedia will come through with a refund.

Cons: -Stairs and walkways were filthy (needs a power wash). -Elevator was dirty and smelled like cigarettes. -Bathroom door was broken and couldn't close. Pros: -Parking was good and had security. -Bed was comfortable and clean. -Large units with separate bedroom and refrigerator.

Staff is great, large rooms, clean grounds for the most part. Cleanliness could get a bit of a step up, but ok. If you came to visit in past years here you probably wouldn't have wanted to come back but I actually feel safe here, there's all different walks of life here as far as people go, and I would recommend staying here.

I reserved a room for my husband’s business trip, but since it was in my name, their strict, no exceptions policy, he was not allowed to check in. They called it a No Show. Nor did they refund the money for that night and I had to spend more than 2 hours of my time to get a refund on the second night. We will never stay with this hotel chain ever again.

I like that the staff is friendly and the area is quiet. Well mostly. I don't like that it takes a week to get your deposit back depending on your bank. Overall a good sized room with a stovetop for a decent price.

Worst hotel ive ever been to.

My room wasnt ready at all for me. My bed wasnt made there was no toilet paper or towels the room was by the looks of it compleatly distroyed the head board had a hole in it. Bathroom and vanity areas were still dirty. Floor wasnt vacumed. It was a total nightmare. And i was simply told by the night staff that the hotel didnt have any sheets for me. And nothing could be done until the next morning. Absolutly terrible customer service and a horrible hotel to stay in.
