This is a first floor condo with easy access through the front door and fenced in yard to the sidewalk as well as your own personal garage and garage entry. In walking distance to local restaurants, music venues, coffee shops, bars and shopping boutiques. Less than a mile walking distance to natural grocers and Safeway grocery stores. Daily park is just a few blocks to take your dog, and you’re a short car ride to Washington park and Cheeseman park. It’s 10 - 15 minutes from most spots in the metro Denver area including Lohi, and downtown. It’s close to a lot of nightlife, but it’s a really quiet and peaceful street. It’s really a perfect spot for everything.
