Staff was super nice! The hotel was all around average as far as everything else. No breakfast, no elevator (3rd floor rooms suck with luggage and equipment!) floor under the bed and in spots showed signs of not being cleaned properly. Average price for the surroundings. DO NOT LEAVE EXPENSIVE EQUIPMENT IN THE CAR HERE!

We've stayed here twice, now, and enjoyed our stay both times. The only downside is if you're in a room close to the office, you're also close to the main road so there's a good amount of traffic noise. Not enough to cry about but definitely a challenge for any unprepared light sleepers!

This property is listed as a three star facility… I think not I would say 1.5 stars is appropriate the places is a dump in poor state of Repair. The staff is great, but I would never have selected this place had I known what I know now. Sketchy neighborhood at best. Like the saying always goes, you get what you pay for.

The only thing that was good was the proximity to my job. The property only has one way in, one way out. The ground on the 2nd floor It’s caving in and they just covered it with pieces of wood. The laundry room was never open without me calling, which didn’t matter because the washer and dryer didn’t work. They called and told us not to use the dirty ice. They are supposed to be pet friendly yet I was charged for dog hair on the sheets. I was told that sheets are for humans? WhenI told the owner to prove that my dog caused damage, she threatened to call the police on me if I came back to the hotel. The owner is rude and disrespectful. We have stayed in many hotels and this one by far was the worst! Would never stay here again.

Most uncomfortable bed ever!
This was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on. My back is now sore the day after. We asked for some extra pillows to try to make things better and the hotel only had ONE available. Ridiculous! DO NOT STAY HERE!
