before i booked i reviewed the reviews. had many 7-8/10and some poor reviews. i figured someone was just not happy. however i would rate it closer to 4/10. the room smelt funny, water leaking from heat/ac unit, the little fridge was frosted over, noisy neighborhood, the shower head was too high so i could not get hot water for my shower. when i complained staff was nice.

Best affordable option.

I've been crashing in my car temporarily, but the last couple of nights have gotten pretty cold, so I decided to get a room to stay warm. Unfortunately, the heater/AC unit in my room (211) didn’t seem to be working. It was unplugged, with the cover off and set to the side — it looked like they were either working on it or planning to replace it. It got a little cold overnight, but it was still better than staying in my car. Given how well-kept the room was, I’m sure this isn’t the case for the rest of the rooms. Plus, I’m pretty sure I got stuck with the last available room since I checked in pretty late — about an hour and a half after 10 PM, when they usually close. Despite that, the staff was kind enough to contact me and make sure I could still check in, which I really appreciated. Other than the AC issue, I have to say — if you’re looking for an affordable hotel, this place is truely a hidden gem compared to other budget options around here. The room was very clean** , the staff was friendly, and the property didn’t have sketchy people hanging around all night, which is more than I can say for a lot of other places nearby. A couple of other perks: the TV was a smart TV with access to YouTube, Netflix, and more, which was super convenient. There was also a microwave in the room, which you usually don’t get at similar places. Overall, I’m glad I gave this place a try, and I know where to stay next time.

The two employees we interacted with were great, very nice. The property is decent, but it's a little noisy at night. Our room was non-smoking, but you could still smell the smoke from others outside-it kinda permates the rooms. The room was clean, the bed was pretty firm. Overall a decent place to stay.

Ok if you just need a place to lay your head

The stay was as expected due to the price. Was out of state for work and covering my own housing costs so there you have it. Nothing fancy at all, guests smoking weed right outside, noisy at times. Not to mention customer service isn’t the greatest by far. Of you get a room on the second floor just know there is no elevator to that floor but one to the third floor which makes no sense. Last but not least, it’s ok to book your room online but their policy is not to renew online and come in office so if you have discounts or anything you would like to use you will not be able to. Never heard of this policy anywhere else before. Also, you will be taking your own trash to the dumpster.
