We enjoyed every moment of 6 day stay in this 2 bedroom villa. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Even when we arrived earlier than expected they gave us access to a smaller room to rest up until our room was ready . The room service menu options were delicious. The villa was beautiful!!!! I wish the jacuzzi got hot but i guess it wasn’t mean to be a jacuzzi lol So don’t be too surprised that it’s the same temperature as the pool.
Many other reviews mentioned the bugs, lizards , mosquitoes and crowing roosters in the early morning; and i will say that is true…but it’s NOT bothersome the way ppl make it seem. There’s a lot of greenery/jungle in Indonesia. Bali is literally a 3rd world paradise so i’m not sure why many think it’s a bug free zone. Take your bug spray (use it 2-3x a day) …use the mosquito bed net provided to you and you’ll be fine.
The villa was about a hour away from the airport since it’s located in Ubud but it was close (within 15min-30min) to all the places we wanted to visit. I have no complaints and would definitely stay here again =)

We had a beautiful family vacation at The Sebali Resort.
Before our arrival, the management notified about possible noise from a nearby construction. Luckily they did whatever they could to remedy the situation by allocating a separate room away from the construction site during our stay and making a discount for compensation.
The staff was very helpful and kind. Breakfasts and dinners were good. Free area tour was a nice perk. We strongly suggest to get a massage at the spa. It was very relaxing and professional.

We were quite disappointed. We were expecting a lot considering the resort’s ratings.
Check in was 3pm. We arrived at 4:20pm and our room still wasn’t ready. When we got to our room at 6pm there was no extra bed which we’d paid for.
We had a package including canapés and cocktails 4:30-6. We ordered right on 4:30 but it took half an hour for any food or drink to come. Canapés were one miniature chicken wing and a dollop of dip with a few vegetable sticks each.
All pool beds were taken early morning. People had reserved them with their belongings.
Breakfast was very average.
On the plus side… the ocean view rooms were spacious and a staff member gave the kids a complimentary icecream and teddy.
We wouldn’t stay here again. Unfortunately it wasn’t worth the huge amount of money we paid for the inclusions and rooms.
