What fond memories of monarch beach are with me this morning. Now that the holidays have come and gone. The location is so beautiful. How wonderful to be so close to the Pacific. While swimming, we encountered three dolphins playing in the water right on the beach with us! The condo is the perfect size and the decor is welcoming. 'We have stayed at many different places in Southern California over the years, and Dee's condo is the best of the bunch. The public space and beach access just across the road are superb. Our 4 children would have been happy to just stay close by and enjoy the beautiful beach and pool, but we did take some day trips to enjoy other Orange County gems, like Laguna which is very close. The condo is very well equipped and comfortable, my favorite spot was the patio off the master bedroom with a view of the Pacific Ocean and Catalina Island in the distance. It seems to me that this neighborhood is a well kept secret - Dee's condo makes it available for those of us who are not lucky enough to be Orange County residents year round.
