There were roaches in the room, sheets and comforter had stains, we never received maid service. We asked for service at least 3 times and did not receive any. We had to ask for sheets and towels and change them ourselves. The A/C in the room didn’t work properly, they had to remove the covering from the unit just to get airflow and it still wasn’t cold. Breakfast was subpar. They deactivated our key cards BEFORE check out. We had to make several trips back and forth to the car with no key card to get back in. I can go on and on about the things wrong

My stay at La Quinta was satisfactory overall, but there are several areas that require attention. It is evident that the property has not been adequately maintained. While the rooms appeared generally clean, the linens were outdated and stained (though laundered) in both my room and my parents’ room. Additionally, cabinet hardware was loose or falling off, baseboards were missing in areas that appeared to need repair, and the bathroom caulking showed visible signs of what appeared to be mold. I always clean my hotel rooms upon arrival, but the overall condition was disappointing. The hallway flooring was bubbled and uneven, creating a clear tripping hazard for guests. As someone who regularly uses hotel fitness facilities, I was particularly disappointed with the gym and pool. The gym had an extremely strong and unpleasant odor that made it unusable, even after attempting to ventilate the space. I ultimately had to leave the property to work out at an off-site gym. The pool was also visibly dirty. The in-room entertainment was inconsistent and subpar. My room was equipped with an analog television, while my parents’ room offered streaming capabilities. Additionally, each attempt to watch television required logging into the Wi-Fi. On a positive note, the breakfast was quite good and met expectations. The front lobby was clean and well-maintained, and the housekeeping staff was courteous and friendly. Even for a short stay in Dallas, I would choose alternative accommodations

The shower in the bathroom was leaking, the ceiling paint was damaged, and the bathtub drain cover was missing, leaving a hole. My second request to change rooms was initially refused, and although they eventually changed my room, there was no apology.

I’ve stayed here several times because it’s close to the location I need to be for business. It’s a decent place however I find that you can hear everything from the other rooms. I also the beds can be hit or miss. I’m not topically a complainer. I just think it’s not 5 star quality. On a side note, I will still come back because location is key for me

Front desk guy was so rude, seemed like he didn't wanna be working, i asked for a baby crib or a playpen and the guy was so rude and disgusting towards me telling me they got rid of them and didnt have any at all but yet another guest had just turned one in, got our room and their was cockroaches everywhere big and small alive and dead, we left for dinner and let the ac on because it was kinda warm in the room came back from dinner and the room was straight up hot !, shower was disgusting with tiny roaches, the shower head was disgusting too and didnt work well at all, the “clean” towels were stained which, their was wasps in the restroom that we had to kill and when we went to go ask if they can come look at the thermostat, because their phone in the room wasnt working and my hisband went to the front desk and waited there for 15 mins before that rude front desk guy came out of the office, they took forever to come they came around midnight to “reboot” the system and they said it would take 20/30 mins and we waited and nothing happened the room got even hotter. Went back to the front desk their was a different guy he was actually nice enough to switch us room, today for breakfast we woke up and changed to go eat and their was a lady who was very rude and said um do you not know what time it ends i said no the front desk guy when we checked in told us it ended at 10, it was barely 9:25, ended up checking out of the hotel to go get breakfast. NEVER AGAIN TRUST ME !!!!
