My recent stay was far below Hyatt standards. The room was outdated and poorly maintained, with worn furniture and decor. Despite requesting a lower-floor room for my wife’s post-surgery needs, we were initially placed on the third floor and only moved after repeated requests. Bedding was unacceptable—full of holes and uncomfortable. The microwave in our second room didn’t work, and the TV was old with no streaming features. Overall, the lack of attention to guest needs and outdated amenities made for an unpleasant experience. I hope management addresses these issues; I cannot recommend this hotel until improvements are made.

Weekend Trip

Located off the highway. Not too far from the gallery. Staff was nice & friendly. Our room was nice & clean. We were missing paper towels and had no dish soap or dishwasher tablets. My husband had to grab some from the main desk. No sponge to hand wash dishes. Bedroom needed an extra trash can. Front entrance carpet needs repaired. Tack strips were completely exposed. Hotel is set up like an apartment complex. No elevators.

Great Hotel

Great hotel. Good location. Good breakfast. Has basic kitchen utensils and staff are responsive to requests. Housekeepers show up every day with new towels. We had a great stay. Please note that accommodation blocks are scattered around the main block. Rooms open to the outside, and you would be using stairs. We were allocated a suite on the ground floor but we opted for the higher floor. Above all, it is a great hotel to stay.

We did not have enough towels per person that I had reserved for the room. For a full day we was told towels were being washed. I had to call and ask that some be reserved back so that we could shower that night and all have a towel. There was also no extra blankets for the pull out coach that was dirty anyway. Glad we packed our own blow up mattress.

We had numerous issues with our room. Bedside clock was fractured in half, not enough towels, ice maker did not work. We had to request 3 times in one day that our linens and towels be changed. The maid showed up at almost 5 pm and was rude. We will not be staying at this facility again.

Phones did not work told the front desk 3 times during my stay no one ever came House keeping didn’t do a good job the units need to be updated for the amount of money it cost they took the bar away and the breakfast can be better better selection and cook the meats longer meats was not all the way cooked
