"Warm, inviting, friendly & Family"
The title says it all, we visited other resorts and just in the welcome you will see the difference. A big smile, a big Bula and wonderful music playing in the foyer. The Sheraton, Westin or the Intercontinental are cold prestine brochure comparisons. You don't get the warmth that the Outrigger excudes.

"Nice surroundings, very peacefull."
Spent 5 full days in the resort was very pleasant, some upgrading needed but that didn't distract from our holiday. Staff were all very nice. One thing we were alittle disappointed with was the dancing and fire show that was on during the week, instead of seeing Fijian dancing we are seeing more Bollywood (Indian) dancing and this is not what we came to see. The dancers were great but this just seems out of place. If we wanted to see this type of dancing we could go to India and see it. Keep Fiji as it was ment to be.

"Fijian Fockers on Tour"
11 family members visited The Warwick October in 2015, aged 2 weeks to 59 years. I organised our own transfer from airport to resort & back with Fijian Transfers, who were excellent. Resort about 2 hours from airport but worth the distance, excellent family holiday. We've been to Fiji a number of times and keep returning to the coral coast... absolute heaven with the most beautiful people in the world, beautiful culture (a lot of Australian's could take a leaf out of their book). We enjoy visiting the 'villages' where they live, their schools and pre-schools - excellent experience everytime. You must take part in a 'Cava' ceremony, attend a Polynesian dance performance, fire walking and flame throwing event. We have also eaten their traditional meal, 'lovo' where the food is wrapped in banana skins and cooked underground. Highly recommend Fiji to anyone looking for a truely wonderful experience. "Bula"

"Great room with a remarkable oceanview."
We stayed in a deluxe beachfront bure. It was lovely with stunning view of the coral lagoon. The hammock is to die for. But you do get what you pay for, so if your budget allows - recommend you go for the deluxe bure for a couple. Most have a connecting door between a set of two per structure. The staff were incredibly friendly - bula! Wide selection of food choices and all reasonably priced. Pool was a little tired but very clean and neat.

Villas are super cute and almost reminded me of a penthouse. The beach is literally in front of you and you can hear the ocean waves at night which was super relaxing. Restaurant view was of the ocean.

"Great location, great price"
We stayed 7 days with our 2y old, had a rental car from Khan's in Nadi and after traveling throughout the south pacific and Hawai'i this was one of our favorites. Having the rental car was great, but not a must: you can easily and affordably get taxis to come and take you to see the various sites. Two thumbs up, keep it natural!

Get a taste of the local life on a Sigatoka River Safari. Cruise up the river in style as you visit authentic Fijian villages, and experience a day in the life of a villager. You'll get to see firsthand their activities, gatherings and rites - a true insight into their daily life. As you follow the river further inland the Sigatoka Valley is home to fantastic stores with handicrafts and unique pottery for sale. Buckle up and take the hair-raising drive to Nakbuta - along a road perilously close to the edge of the ridge. Once you arrive the reward is definitely worth it, where you can enjoy panoramic views across the island and valleys from the summit.

Sigatoka Sand Dunes National Park rests at the mouth of the river, and features impressive pebbly monoliths that have been formed over millions of years. Archaeological excavations here have uncovered pottery that is over 2600 years old, and is also where they discovered the largest burial site in the Pacific.

Nature lovers can't miss Fiji's only wildlife park, the Kula Eco Park. Walking through the trails you will see plenty of native Fijian wildlife, which includes Fiji's only native land mammal, the Fijian flying fox. As you walk amidst the forest enjoy the thousands of bird calls and the constant drum of life. It's here where you know you truly are in the wildest parts of Fiji. Love diving? Book a trip to the reef and experience some of the best diving in Fiji, which is full of marine life. The fishing is also excellent, and deep sea charters are available for keen anglers to chase big game marlin and sailfish.
